Image to Color is a utility application that allows users to extract colors from images via device camera or gallery, generate color palettes, and save them within the device. The App provides these services “as is” and is free to use with integrated advertisements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of Image to Color be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; or (b) any errors or inaccuracies in the color palettes generated.
